2 months Box Spreads – Do I have this correct?

So I've been reading about box spreads, as ways to loan money at preferable interest rates. I've heard the stories about early exercise as well, but can somebody tell me if I have it down? I'm looking at Interactive Brokers. Now the margin impact is about $50 on the far dated options. Looking at the Nasdaq index options, it says that I can buy a box spread for a min invest of -300k on a large spread, with a max gain and loss both being equal to 11k. Does this mean that I essentially get a loan of 300k, with that extra 11k having to be paid back in equal amounts up to expiry?
