3 weeks Choosing a stockbroker – what to know? Reddit

Hi all,

Currently doing some research for a podcast that I plan to shoot. The podcast episode is "Choosing a stockbroker" and I want it to help guide young investors in Ireland in choosing a stockbroker. It's often something that's very overlooked. Much of the weight is around fees when deciding more so than product availability, type of account, whether you're the legal owner of your shares or ultimate beneficiary owner.

With that said, I was hoping (more experienced) folk here could share their thoughts as to what they think is the most important consideration and why? Similarly, for anyone new or looking at getting into investing what questions do you have?

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts/questions
