2 months Your suggestion for a passive, long-term portfolio for a mid 30s

Hi all,

I have been reading a lot lately about investing and I am picking single stocks for fun, yet this is a hobby as I am taking high risks. But I want to invest 350$ a month for 15-20 years in passive products, medium risk (5% return roughly) to build assets more securely so I thought about investing in ETF. I have in mind:

70% Equities 15% Bonds 10% REIT 5% Cash

When I hit late 40s: 60%, 20%, 15%, 5% 50s: 50%, 35%, 10%, 5%

A) What do you think about that allocation B) How do you do it C) Any concrete ETFs you can suggest?

Thanks a lot.
